âGreat place to stay if going to Mayo. You donât have to go outside to get to the buildings at Mayo with the subway level. Food is good for 2 meals a day. Thereâs room service & deliveries from Instacart if needed for groceries or outside food/beverage source. Personalized concierge service is good. Our stay was 10 days - they accommodated our extended stay flawlessly. My only complaint is the room temperature everywhere; it can be stuffy moving place to place. Take a fan to cool off in...

âTthe staff was very welcoming. The room and common areas were clean. Breakfast was included and was nice to have as we were there for an early appointment.
I would recommend paying for the on-site parking if you get anxious about parking, like me. We parked in the residential area behind the hotel and had a very short walk. â

âWhen we walked back to the hotel from a restaurant across the street, there was the smell of urine and a puddle of urine where the cars drive up to the entrance of the hotelâ

âHad appts at Mayo Clinic all week and was able to walk the underground subway to and from Mayo Clinic back to hotel room. The room was very clean and offered to clean room daily. Room had mini fridge and microwave. Ice machine down hall. Jimmy Johnâs right next door for easy food as weâ
âThe front desk staff were so kind and accommodating, and weâre very friendly. My daughter absolutely loved the gal at the front desk during our stay and talked with her frequently. She was kind and answered her many questions with Grace kindness, and empathy. The dining room was always very clean and every time I would come back from the wedding staff was always eager to greet and ask about my day. I would stay here again, simply because of the staff interactions alone.â

âA wonderful pet-friendly hotel. We had adjoining rooms which gave us the family space needed. Everyone we met on staff were friendly and helpful. Only issue was a guest had tracked in clay or something and while it was cleaned up on the first floor, it never did get fully cleaned on the second floor in the 2 days we stayed, even with cleaning staff standing right next to the mess.â

"Nice staff. Very close to Mayo St Marys, shuttle bus or 15-20 min walk to Mayo main building. Good coffe bar. The room had no windows, it had windows to the corridor that had windows. Comfortable bed."
