“Far away from food stores etc, it's in an industrial area. Quite worn down neighborhood. Spiderwebs in the bathroom, gum left on one of the lamps by the beds.”

“Superb”

“Renaissance hotel is a very nice hotel near everything. The plaza with lots of restaurants, train station and the parliament. The rooms are big and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was good though it’s a bit crowded in the mornings. But coming to Brussels I always choose this hotel.”

“Bra”

“Not a good experience at all! The first night a man working at the hotel enterd with a key in to our room in the middle of the night. My daughter woke up with this man talking to her in a language she didn't understand, and than the said man said "OH" and went out of the hotelroom. It's outrageous and scary. Defenetly not something that should happen espacially during the night with a underage girl. When we talk to the man that was working that same night he denied it and said it was my...

“Room was clean. The carpets on the hallways is a minus as it leaves a certain smell no matter how much it is being maintained and cleaned”

“I tried to book a hotel through the app, but it kept glitching and I had to switch back and forth between the app and my browser. When the booking finally went through, I received a check-in email and realized the date was wrong. I contacted both customer care and the reception, but neither would change the booking by one day or offer a refund. As a result, I lost my money because of a faulty booking process. On the bright side, I discovered another place to stay. which I'll be using from now...

“The hotel presents a refined interior and well‑kept rooms, but the location is less appealing. During low season I was assigned a claustrophobic room with a window facing a wall, which significantly diminished the stay. Service felt unusually limited, with only two Nespresso capsules included and additional ones sold at reception. Given the strong competition in the area, I will choose other hotels in Brussel next visit.”
