“Newly renovated so nice rooms. Unfortunately the service was very bad and weird setup. Was not allowed to put drinks on my room and asked to go to reception to pay for my drinks. The bar staff were embarrassed about the whole situation and apologized (they were good). To top the bad experience i started getting calls to my room i had to settle my bill from earlier at lunch. I had not even checked in by then since i arrived by 5pm. This did not occur to them at first and it took some time and...

“Lovely resort, amazing nature, beach and pool. Great service and supportive when we had an issue with a room. I would recomend to chose the all inclusive option if you plan to stay mainly at the reaport, otherwise lunches and snacks are a bit pricy.”

“Hotellet i sig var väldigt bra. Två mindre pooler och flera vackra stränder. Det var som en dröm att vakna varje dag. Maten vid poolen kunde varit bättre samt personalen kunde vara lite mer lösningsorienterade när det gäller specialmat som vegetariskt. I det stora hela var det en fantastisk upplevelse som jag lätt skulle vilja göra om.”

“We arranged for a room at the executive floor and the service they provided was exceptionally good. Traveling with a toddler can be challenging sometimes but not when staying here. Staff super attentive and helpful. The area and the city is not that impressive but when going to Mauritius we thought a visit to the capital was in place. One night is enough and only reason for staying longer would be the hotel then (but places by the beach is off course more appealing) Pool is clean small and...

“We could not have asked for anything more, we had a great stay! We especially loved the private island just 5 minutes away by boat. The lunch restaurant at the island served delicious meals, as well as the restaurant Safran at the hotel. We also used the tennis courts and bicycles for exploring the coast north of the hotel. Great location and very nice room and view from our balcony. ”

“This property really is the perfect hotel. The staff, the food, the view it’s all just lovely. The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. Staying in other hotels of this this standard they would look to make items off the menu as a vegetarian dish, this wasn’t offered. ”

I had not even checked in by then since i arrived by 5pm. This did not occur to them at first and it took some time and explanations. This was my second time visit this year and i must say i will not be heading back. The service is simply awful and among the worst i have encountered in Mauritius which i visit many times a year. Will choose another hotel next time."
