“The staff were amazing, and the food was great. This truly was paradise, and we couldn’t be happier. The restaurants on site were so-so, and the staff there not as helpful, but there are alternatives nearby.”

“Very nice hotel with beautiful design details. Suitable for families and couples with it's two pool areas. The service was mixed, some of the staff were very professional and service minded and others had poor attitude.
What was common in the restaurant is the time it takes from order to delivery. Once the kitchen didn't deliver the whole order.
During checkout the agent was not so service minded, on top of that she missed one of the expenses during my stay and after I left and almost reached...

“What is advertised and charged at 5 Star rates is not a 5 Star experience
The beachfront villas would have been amazing when new but are showing sings of dilapidation
The biggest disappointment was the service especially the “butler “
The”butler “ was very late to respond to issues we were having and did not respond to messages nor phone calls”
