“The beds in the brown bungalow were to hard and unconfortable so we choose to change to one of larger white bungalows close to the pool, a bit more expensive but well worth the money. The staff was very friendly and serviceminded. The poolarea is lovely ”

“Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und das Café/Restaurant ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben die fußläufige Nähe zum Strand geliebt, welcher für uns auch der beste Strand auf Koh Jum gewesen ist zum Schwimmen. Man konnte in dem Restaurant gut essen und die Preise waren auch vernünftig. Das Hotelpersonal war immer da um Fragen zu beantworten, Probleme wurden gut gelöst. ”

“Vi har bara gott att säga om denna resort. Bäst på hela ön. Servicen utmärk, trevlig personal, trevliga gäster och ett fantastiskt dykcenter som tog väl om hand om oss. 4 dagar hade gärna varit 1 månad. När vi senast var på Long Beach för 10år sedan var stranden full av glas, kapsyler och annat som skämde stranden. Nu var den ren trots många fler turister. Vi kommer tillbaka”

"We had a great time while staying at this hotel. Nice room with comfortable beds. The AC on the other hand could not cope with the high humidity which caused the floor to be all wet a lot of the time. Our clothes went damp because of this. I would have given this hotel a lower rating if it wasn't for the exceptional good service we received. I highly recommend this hotel."

"I loved this Hotel and the staff were absolutely amazing! Would definitely recommend and visit again.
Improvements:
- I expected more out of the breakfast, it was ok but not more.
- The “sunbed system”, people would lay their towels early in the morning on sun beds and not appear until 3 PM, so they reserved sundbeds and not using them for the whole day, ridiculous. We also got into an argument with other guests after they took or sundbeds (we were gone for approx 30 minutes because we checked out in the morning instead of 11). They were very aggressive and did not act as adults so we moved to another pool in the area. "
"Ett hotell som var väldigt trivsamt👍men behövs en kraftig renovering med tanke på potential.låg super,lite lortigt överallt,alger i en viss del av poolen,sjukt konstigt med tanke på att det tar 10 min och städa upp.
Men är nog bland dom bättre hotellen i aonang.
Hela orten känns som slitet om man hänför med tex Phuket/Bangkok var även fräschare.
Men har man inställningen inga förväntningar så är det ok👍"
