"Hotel is great and walking distance from the Haram, however as a steep slope walking back to the hotel is very hard specially when you are tired. Very difficult to find the hotel with all the construction work happening around, we were lost for 45 minutes. The housekeeping staff specially MD Shafiqul Islam was extremely helpful went above and beyond to find me a bucket to soak my feet as I was tired and in pain. The room was amazing with partial kaabah view Spacious and clean. Everything in the hotel is clearly labelled. Breakfast was international and one of the best views in Makkah. Definately worth the extra cash "
