“friendly staff, clean room and great food”

“Very convenient place. Many restaurants around. We stayed 3 nights in 2 triple rooms with our teenage children. As the reception was open around the clock, it helped us a lot with late night check in. Kudos to the person on night duty at the reception on all days! He was very service minded. However, cleanliness of the shower room/ bathroom etc were not up to our expectations and they were either rusty or not cleaned/maintained properly!! “Fantastiskt lägenhetshotell utrustat med allt du kan tänkas behöva vid en längre (eller kortare) vistelse. Spishäll, ugn, mikro, stort kylskåp, tvättmaskin, diskmaskin och allt var i toppskick! 10/10 på allt. Vi fick även lämna väskorna då vi anlände tidigt, inga problem alls. Supertrevlig personal och så fint område - lugnt, stillsamt och tryggt med en stor och fräsch matbutik bara 100 meter bort. Finns även en stor takterrass, dock utan bar eller dylikt så ta med eget snacks och dricka....

“No heating in the room, it was 6 degrees in there all night. They gave me a new room in the morning, but when I arrived after work it was just 12 degrees in that room. It´s also very worn down with stains everywhere on walls and floors, and it smells of mold.”

“I had a great stay at the Autumn House. Major hotel chains could learn from them when it comes to tea and coffee supplies in the room. Room was clean and comfortable. The owners very courteous and helpful, offering information about the local area such as transport, shops and food places. ”
