“We stayed in Richard's property for a week-end to celebrate a 60th birthday. We had wanted to visit Carcassonne for a long time - the area, and the accommodation, were perfect, and we enjoyed interesting conversations with Richard, who also recommended an excellent restaurant ten minutes' walk away. The apartment is very quiet: all we could hear from the terrace in the evening was the river and water birds; but at the same time it is a short walk up to the mediaeval citadel in one direction, and...

“We stayed one night. In 350 meters you can be in the medieval city. Travel 50 meters down the hill, turn on the path and you are there. Such a perfect location. Paul was great and easy to communicate with. We had a lovely dinner at the Sarl le Creneau and saw Remparts et Lumieres at night. We had a wonderful day exploring the village during the day. We would definitely come back and stay again.”

“This is a very cute little property right on the outside of the city walls, abiut 6 minited walk in the side entrance of the city walls. It was recently renovated and very quaint and clean. The 3rd bedroom/2nd full bath are actually in a small out building from the main house which i did not realize but actuallu worked very well for separation. Lovely outside space to site and have a glass of wine! ”
