We had a small kitchen in our tower room, which was useful. There was no dish-ware, but imagine that’s hard to maintain. Loved the water bottle refill stations all over the property. Kids loved the pool, lots of lounge chairs and umbrellas, and...

“Great location for golf. Nice hotel with rooms as expected. Not a flexible check-in and big problems with elevators. Hotel charge me €170 without reason and I needed to connect with them 3 times before I got money back. ”

The staff were completely unhelpful (e.g., took 30 mins to get a wine opener, every time I called the front desk it was a long time before someone picked up, no valet there upon arrival, etc.). The drinks at the pool were overpriced and poor quality. Overall, compared to the price point we paid, the service level of the facility was not up to par.”
