“This property is outstanding from the moment you enter, useful welcome pack, cleanliness spot on, kitchen and equipment very good, mattress and bedding first class, thick Egyptian towels. And last but not least was the communication from Nigel who couldn't have been more helpful. We booked Friday to Tuesday but ended up staying Friday to Friday which once again was thanks to Nigel 10/10”

“Stayed in the cottage for many years always have the same positive experience. Since upgrading to a smart TV which is useful sadly the kids can no longer play on the Wii as there is no connection point . However still no faults and amazing holiday home. ”

“Great property in a great location for exploring the east Yorkshire coast. The property itself is clean & has everything you need for a pleasant stay. The only slight downside is, it's near to the road & if like us you sleep with the window ajar the road noise can be heard in the mornings .”

“Everything we needed was there. Very clean, apart from the oven that needed a good clean out. Plenty of fresh towels. Convenient. ”

“Excellent location, 15 x minutes walk to beach but for dog owners the Wildflower Meadow cannot be beaten. Property is well presented with everything you could need for a long stay.”

“The views and the sunrise are amazing. The home was bigger then we expected and very well layed out. A walk down to the beach is a must, Perfect location for a beach walk. ”

“We had a great weekend at the Bay. The apartment had everything we needed and was warm and cozy. It's in great location near to all the amenities. The swimming pool is lovely and it's a 20 min walk to the beach. Would highly recommend and hope to visit again”
