“A second visit to this lovely cottage. Nicely furnished and very well equipped kitchen. Close to the entrance of The Bay so nice and quiet. Would highly recommend and will be back.”

“This is a good sized property with plenty of space for everyone to sit together in the lounge and dining kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed and more. The property was warm and there was enough hot water for everyone to bathe or shower. The downstairs toilet was a bonus too. The location is perfect for easy access to the beach, parks, restaurants shops and supermarket.”

“Property very clean and comfortable. As described. Plenty of space. 2 bathrooms makes it much easier with a bigger group. Communication very good. Excellent site overall - particularly good access to the beach and short walk into Filey. The only downside was the small amusement arcade which was very badly managed. Many machines nit working but still taking money. No staff on hand to resolve problems.”

“Great base for the east coast resorts, plus the use of an indoor pool and on site pub and restaurant.”

“Had a lovely stay could do with more trays for the oven as only a couple and very small. The front door of the property had gaps in and with it raining on Friday night and being v windy, the water was coming into the porch area. We managed to dry it all up. Need a better fitting door or rubber seal on the bottom of it. Apart from that we all had a lovely stay.”

“A nice well kept property but could do with a couple of tweaks tomake it even better. Addition of a clock in the lounge eith a floor lamp plus a soap dish in the shower would make things even better”

“Lovely property. Only reason for 4 stars was that there were old balloons under furniture in living room where it clearly hasn't been cleaned. Also the double bed downstairs has damaged slats that were had to repair and was very creaky so barely slept”

“Lovely big living area with stylish but comfy furniture, and an excellent kitchen. Super comfy beds! It was well equipped- like a home from home. Anthony was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again so we can explore more of the beautiful countryside.”

“We had an enjoyable holiday at The Bay, there is plenty of things to do for everyone. Daisy Cottage was ideal for us, it was clean and provided most of the equipment you needed to make life easy on holiday.”

“We've had a wonderful time in Lindlee cottage. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. On the third day of our stay however we had no TV anymore. We mentioned it at the reception, but we noticed no further action.”
