The house has everything. I believe we were first to rent since new listing after remodel. But the gist very accommodating and responds quickly. “We really enjoyed this property immensely. There was a lot of open space for communal eating and watching TV. The pool was a hit for the kids. We didn’t use the spa, but we were able to get it operational, we just ran out of time to use it by the time we tried to turn it on. “The house had some nice upgrades which we were not expecting. Liked: the location, the master suite, the crazy number of TVs, and the private rooftop terrance. The bathrooms were both also nicely upgraded. Unexpected: it was mostly on street parking, but there was sufficient on street parking available on the immediate street and nearby streets.
