The interior is open, bright and airy with vaulted ceilings, skylights, modern art and mid-century inspired furniture. The restful bedrooms feature breathtaking views, custom interior shutters and queen sized beds with award winning Saatva mattresses and linen sheets. The stylish Living Room sofa hides an additional queen sized bed. One bedroom features a desk for your remote work. Coffee lovers will appreciate the Nespresso Pixie pod coffee maker. Roland's ADU Guest Cottage is a solid 10 out of 10! We were having work done on our home nearby and had to be out for 3 nights. We were thrilled to find this gem so close by!Everything is virtually brand new and 1st class. Great view from the patio and Jacuzzi, well-equipped kitchen with all the accessories you'll need and 2 spacious bedrooms with very comfortable beds with lovely linens. Though the cottage is very close to the main house it feels extremely private. This is the perfect spot for a family visiting Thousand Oaks and is especially convenient for anyone visiting CLU or attending graduation services.Thanks Roland!

It is an excellent location lots of hiking trails, parks with fitness stations and walking trails and the Ronald Reagan Museum are very close. Very quiet and friendly neighborhood. Lots of wineries and very good breweries in the area.Fabulous views. You can watch the sunrise and the sunset!Wonderful set up. Everything is new and clean and plenty of space comfortable seating excellent bed. Washer and dryer in the unit is very convenient.Wonderful outdoor area. Large table for outdoor eating and plenty of additional seating outside plus the very relaxing and clean Jacuzzi.Host was very responsive to any questions. Host provided a one sheet frequently ask questions which helped us quickly learn about the property and the things we might want to use or find.

The space was clean, bright and had the essentials. Inside is quiet and private. Outside is pleasant with great views. There is a lot of road noise from the adjoining arterial road and there is limited shade from the low autumn sun. This would not be a problem in summer with the large umbrella. It quiets outside at night.

Pristine property with two large bedrooms and one large bathroom, great kitchen with a nice long island and plenty of seating. Pull out couch has a nice, comfortable mattress. Long L shaped back patio with a lovely view, and a nice long table for meals al fresco. The Host, Roland, was very responsive and accommodating. Just a perfect spot overall. It truly made our weekend.

Anniversary weekend

This place is a great location for visiting area sights. Short drive to the Reagan presidential library and the Gardens of the world. Both places are a must see. The property itself is modern and full of light! Skylights and large window looking over the valley. Simple but functional. Tastefully decorated. Enjoyed the evening view of the stars while soaking in the outdoor Jacuzzi !! Would definitely stay here again.

Pinata Cottage

This bungalow was perfect for our family while visiting UVTO. Enjoyed the kitchen view and outside sitting areas and hot tub. It was nicely appointed and up to date. Very clean and easily accessible. Bedrooms are roomy and sofa bed perfectly comfortable for the two kids (who loved watching the multi-colored fireplace.

This spacious cottage offered the perfect respite in Thousand Oaks. The patio was quiet and private, and the unit itself was spacious and beautifully finished and appointed. New, and meticulously clean. Everything was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully selected. Highest recommendation!

Amazing Stay

This rental is so clean, and we loved the brightness and open floor plan. The backyard view, both day and night, is beautiful! We brought our cornhole boards from home, and it worked perfectly on the side yard. Cooked up some burgers on their grill and enjoyed the view while we ate. The hot tub was nice to relax in later in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, and plenty of pillows. There is no dining table inside, but we made do with playing cards around the coffee table. The fireplace was a fun added touch, where you can change the colors of the fire. It gave off a cozy feeling. What I loved most was how clean it was. This is a great place to stay in a lovely neighborhood, close to many attractions.
