“No breakfast was not great at all Was ok hotel Bed was comfy Just an ok experience People above me the whole 3 days were jumping up and down on the ceiling and I went to hotel to recover after surgery I had since I don’t have any family”

“Clean room. Staff friendly. Didn't see any pets. Did not use the hot tub. The inside of the elevator needs to be repaired. It makes a bad first impression. When did the hotel decide to charge for parking? I went there years ago and there was no charge. When booked the room, the charge was $5. When I checked in, I was told it was increased to $7.”

“I booked this hotel and When i went to the stay i requested them there will be a dog and they updated it to the dog which was fine, but the guest cancelled the plan and next day i went to the manager and asked her to refund the dog charge and she agreed to refund me once i check out. why are they still charging me for the same when i requested to cancel the dog stay and dog was not there in the hotel as well ”
