“We had a wonderful stay in Seydisfjordur on our tour around Iceland. The guesthouse was clean, the kitchen well equipped and the staff very nice and helpful. Everything in Seydisfjordur is within walking distance, including a much appreciated playground with a bouncing pad. ”

“The host Siggi, is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of Iceland. We talked with him over coffee and breakfast which was delicious and included BTW. Siggi is the third generation farming on his grandfather’s land in a beautiful area right about Malari beach. He was able and enthused to discuss Icelandic history, conditions since becoming a republic in 1944, and future prospects given its ideal location between Europe and North America. “Such a beautiful hotel in such a beautiful town. The scenery along a mirrored lake and next to the Blue Church was breathtaking. The room was really large with a balcony view of the lake. The bed was cozy and the sheets so soft. She even left us an entire chocolate bar to enjoy. We loved our stay!”

“Stugan vi fick var utkyld, boendet hade inte förberett våran ankomst med att få upp värmen i stugan. Mycket dåligt då vi även ringde innan och meddelade när vi skulle komma.”
