Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Located in the country but yet, close to the city. 1h/15 minutes to Universal Studios. 30 minutes to Homosassa Springs. Withlacoochee State Trail 7 minutes away. Floral City park where Strawberry Festival is host every year is 15 minutes away. We are located in central Florida 45 minutes away from Crystal River State Park. Things to do here in the area are swimming with the Manatees, airboat rides, kayaking, biking, horse riding, etc.

Wedding weekend

This property was exactly what the listing promised! Very clean, spacious, and room for everyone. The only suggestion I have is maybe a tv in the bunkhouse bedroom just for littles, but no complaints at all! Host was very responsive and helpful. 5 Stars!

Enjoyed it

We enjoyed our 2 week stay. The place was clean. The pool was great! Most amenities were available. We bought steak knives as there were no knives to cut meats with. The location is 15 mins from Inverness and convenient to highways to travel around. The owner was quick to respond to any questions.

Nice Getaway

My greyhound and I needed a quick break with an above ground pool since it’s still amazingly cool here in Florida. Sandra’s house was very nice. Backyard is beautiful. Have no worries about your dog escaping as her fence is complete and safe. That’s always a worry of mine. Met some of the neighbors. All very nice. Three days felt like one. Will be returning.

Great Host!

This was a nice place and the communication with Sandra, the host was great! Just my husband and I stayed but there is plenty of room for a family. The pool was nice and clean and the back yard is fenced.

Secluded but Nice Property

This property is nice and clean. The owner was helpful. My only complaint is that I am not a fan of bugs and being in the woods and this property was just that. The insects we huge and we found a few large (uncomfortably large) spiders in the bedrooms. That changed the outdoor plans pretty quickly which was unfortunate because we didn’t enjoy it as much as we would have liked. If you like camping and seclusion this property is perfect.

Owner is super responsive and helpful. Home is clean with fantastic back yard, patio, and pool.

Stayed here to visit parents in The Villages. Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty to do in the area. Drove a little over an hour one day to Orlando to do Universal and same drive time and spent a day in St. Pete to do a boat tour which was awesome. Did local Homosasa State Park and that was also great!

Lovely house. All new inside.

This is a lovely property. Very comfortable to stay in. We chose it because of the nearness to the Withlachoe bike trail. It worked great. Lovely riding. The pool was a bonus. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Family visit

We were in the area to visit our son, his wife, and their 19 month old. This home was about 15 minutes from their home making it very convenient. The house was sparsely furnished but did have the basics. The master bed was low, but not uncomfortable. I would say the house is better suited for a family with younger children because of the beds. The house worked very well for our purposes and we would consider renting it again. Sandra was great!

Phenomenal experience

The house was extremely clean and had most of the essentials already stocked for laundry, dishes, etc. Plenty of room for everyone and being pet friendly is always a plus! Check out the weekly discount as it was a GREAT DEAL! The hosts were very kind & responsive to messages. The house is central to a good amount of clear springs in the area as well as a short drive to cities such as Tampa & Ocala. We were very happy with our experience and will certainly be staying again!
