“Room was very clean. Beds are on the firm side. Pool was closed even though the sign at desk stated it should be open. Breakfast was extremely minimal. Front desk agent was very rude and acted as if I was bothering her. Horrible customer service skills. This is a one and done stay.”

“This is a good hotel, but we booked a suite, with a door between the main bedroom and the pull out couch, and this suite didn’t have that, was small, had only 1 chair in the dining room. “Room has poor lighting. There are no hold bars to help in or out of the shower. Toilet paper holder missing. I needed internet but there were no access to the web. WiFi working but no internet connection. When I asked the desk to fix the problem. She was no help. Refrigerator ice box was frozen over. Not Happy. ”

“While the staff was friendly, that was the only thing good about the motel. Yes I do understand the phase “you get what you paid for” but even here that phase doesn’t work. I paid for a non smoking room yet first thing that hit us was the weed smell when we opened the door, then the little grinded up peices of weed on the floor. The tube bottome was block from the lack of cleaning. The bed had cigarette burns and the pillows smelled musty. Definitely not worth the 100 for the 1 night. Again...
