“What a great hotel! We've stayed at so many in Florence, but first time here. Very nice. Love that the pool is outside!! Love the room with nice big fridge and freezer, we got ice cream from Brusters and put it in the freezer till we were ready to have it. Was a nice night for sitting out by the pool, and quiet, some hotels have nothing but highway noise. Pool was clean and the water was nice. Not too cold! Good breakfast! “Everything was fine. Hotel was undergoing renovations and the painters had the windows by the bar taped off, applying paint with a paint gun. I had my mother who needed handicap parking with tag out front away from painting area. When I came back outside they were spraying in front by the door with nothing taped off completely spraying paint on my truck and other vehicles. Front desk was notified and they ask them to stop but said i should move my vehicle but other vehicles were still getting...

I love the colors and simple modern furnishings, comfy bed and fresh, clean bed clothes. I enjoyed being in the room! There was a nice size mini-fridge (with freezer area for ice packs), a new microwave, plenty of hot water…”

“Terrible experience I was traveling back to Florida with my dog, husband and baby. I stood in room 324 roaches in the room and the carpet super dirty. I told the staff and nobody paid attention to me, I was told a manager would reach out to me and nobody ever did. Please do not stay here.”

“Tv didn't have tubi or Netflix then the employee tried to argue that my room did had tubi and it didn't and the room on the sink had dead cockroaches on it and in the bathtube floor wasn't moped ”
