“Purposely booked this hotel because of hot tub and pool . However, hot tub was broke and we were told parts were ordered and they didn’t know when it would be fixed.”

“Rooms are fairly large. I like the large refrigerator and other kitchen supplies and soap/shampoo. For this visit though, there was food in the refrigerator from the previous guest and there wasn't an inner lining for the shower curtain.”

“The building feels quite outdated-the carpets appear to be from the 1980s and haven't been replaced since. That said, the staff is extremely friendly and truly deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, the property itself is in need of a major renovation. The hallways have a noticeable moldy smell, which was the most concerning and unpleasant part of my stay.”
