Cozy apartment, few steps from the city center fully equipped and modernly furnished. It can sleeps up to 3 people. OVERVIEW

This stylish and modern, recently refurbished 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms apartment is located just outside the historic center, yet very close to all the main attractions. Here you can enjoy a more residential side of Florence off the beaten track.

INTERIOR

From the entrance of the apartment you find yourself in the welcoming and fully equipped living area. This space, characterized by warm colors and exposed brick wall, is composed of a living room with a modern sofa, a flat screen TV and a kitchen / dining room, furnished with a spacious dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils and appliances you need to cook your favorite dishes. The living area leads to the balcony, with lovely internal views, one of the most beautiful features of the apartment!

The 2 bedrooms are located on two different floors. On the ground floor we have the master bedroom, very spacious, with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bedroom is filled with natural light coming from the window. On the ground floor, there is also a full bathroom with window and shower.

The second bedroom is located on the upper floor and is furnished with a single bed. At the end of the bedroom you will find the private bathroom with shower.

The apartment is comfortable and designed with care and attention to detail in a modern decor. This apartment has AC units, WiFi and all the modern amenities you need for your stay. It is ideal for a family or a group of friends, for both short and long term stays! BED LAYOUT

BY PLANE by cab in about 20 minutes from Florence airport, or by the T2 line that connects Amerigo Vespucci Airport directly with Florence Central Station.
