“Several security issues - the front door deadbolt didn’t work. The back slider door didn’t lock - it just had a stick. The owner later told me a stick was the most secure way to lock the door. Nope, a lock is, sir. The upstairs rooms locked from the inside and there was not a key to unlock. There was trash piled up outside. “Right on the water as promised. The house was comfortable and well stocked with great books and family games (good for a variety of ages). There was excellent privacy and great views. The beds were clean and fresh. We went out to the dunes for sand-boarding and hiked. Staying here made it easy to wash our used clothing and stay comfortable while traveling.
