Come and relax at the Lagoon! :)

The Arcano Maior Loft is ideal for a couple, but can accommodate up to 4 people. (Daily rate = Couple)

Approximately 2 km from the center of Lagoa da Conceição. Close to the bus stop, the municipal ferry, and the trail to Costa da Lagoa and its traditional restaurants. Near Joaquina and Mole beaches and with a great location, the exit to other beaches (especially the South of the Island) has lighter traffic than usual. The location offers an exceptional view of the lagoon and the sea.

Celebrate nature in a calm and secluded location. The "Loft," spanning over 65m², features a fully equipped American-style kitchen with a barbecue, microwave, toaster, blender, pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, and other utensils; natural spring water in all taps; a spacious living and dining room; and two balconies, one at the front and one on the side. The latter offers a wonderful spot near the treetops and has a staircase leading to the shared balcony on the upper floor, which boasts spectacular views of the forest, the lagoon, and the sea!

The accommodations include a queen-size box spring bed and two extra single-size mattresses, all with waterproof covers for easier cleaning. Bed linens and pillows are provided.

In the living room: long, raw woven curtains, a chaise longue for relaxing and reading, a hammock, a rustic bench, and a coffee table create an extremely comfortable and cozy space. (We have another hammock to put on the balcony).

The Atlantic Forest extends into our backyard, and on days of heavy rain, the waterfall flows through the garden; the sound of the water is an inspiration for meditation and relaxation.

We offer Wi-Fi and a 40" Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Globoplay, and other channels.

Our property is located on a high point of the Canto dos Araçás hill, on a very quiet dead-end street with few neighbors and beautiful houses. It is close to the bus stop and the municipal ferry that travels across the Lagoa da Conceição. The Costa da Lagoa trail, known for its historical sites and restaurants, is part of our local area. You can also choose to take a boat trip there.
We are about 2 km from the center of Lagoa da Conceição. The closest beaches are Praia da Joaquina and Praia Mole. However, due to our excellent location, our access to other beaches (especially those in the south of the island) has lighter traffic than other points along the coast.

Take the opportunity to explore a less-traveled region of Florianópolis Island, where nature and people coexist in harmony. A place where you can choose between escaping the summer crowds or heading toward them. :)

Remember: in the middle of the Atlantic Forest, insects are not pests, they are part of the environmental balance. The house will be clean and sanitized, but bringing bug spray and sunscreen on this trip is a good idea. :)
