“Stephanie really went above and beyond to make our stay not only enjoyable but fun with extra amenities! We really had the best time. It was so fun using the kayaks and being so close to everything. The binder filled with restaurant suggestions was awesome. Key Lido beach is SO nice… The only issue was the washer/dryer didn’t really work very well - it was a little confusing to operate and didn’t dry clothes fully - but it was no big deal because our stay was only 3-4 days. “We arrived and the outside area was very messy compared to the photos. Also the camper stunk of sewage so bad we could not continue to stay. Inside the camper there were bugs in the shower. When contacted we did not get a refund and basically were told there was nothing they can do. The owner had not connected the sewage correctly which caused the smell, they did fix it but it was too late. ”

“Communication was quick and friendly. They addressed my questions timely. When we arrived, the guest house was clean, comfortable, and very nice. We were very impressed and would definitely stay there again when in the area.”

“This is nothing of what is advertised. This is a bait and switch location and the pictures are NOT current. Outside area is falling apart, dirty, and just plain shocking. Refused to spend a single hour here and rented another property. Currently have a claim open with Vrbo and my bank to get my money back. Host was seemingly lovely to work with but was never told the property was not up to par with description and advertised pictures. Beyond disappointed after flying in from out of state. ”
