“The guests and their friends were very loud. The employees were very rude when I reported plumbing issues and some crimes. One of the hotel doors was vandalized and the police had to keep coming to the door. Some of the hotel employees became angry when I reported the crimes to law enforcement.”

“I asked before check in if the pool was open. They said yes. I specifically booked it because it had a pool. I walked up to the pool, it was out of order. I asked for the manager to co tact me during the stay. She never did. Conditioner bottle was empty during the stay. Big issue when you are already in the shower. Breakfast area was not clean or well kept during breakfast times. Pretty messy.”
