Paradise Peak är en lägenhet med 3 sovrum och 3 badrum som ligger på översta nivån i Oceanfront Villas community. Besökare till Paradise Peak delar en sällsynt utsikt över havet från en av de högsta höjderna på Folly Beach. Havet är planerat framför dig med den oändliga himlen som din personliga bakgrund. Inuti är pittoreska nautisk inredning smält med smart landsfärg. Kakelgolv används i det offentliga området, som inkluderar vardagsrum, matplats och kök samt badrummen medan sovrummen är plyschmatta. Golv-till-tak-fönster används i vardagsrummet och i sovrummet och ger en oavbruten utsikt över Atlanten från komforten en soffa eller en säng. En lång och privat balkong är precis på andra sidan fönstren och möblerad med verandamöbler för att njuta av utsikten. Det stora sovrummet har privat tillgång till balkongen också. Alla 3 badrummen är färska och nyrenoverade.

Paradise Peak ligger nästan lika långt mellan de två Charleston Oceanfront Villa poolerna. Varje pool ligger precis vid stranden men hålls endast för användning av Charleston Oceanfront Villa-gäster. Båda dessa pooler är öppna säsongsmässigt varje år från 1 april till 31 oktober. Det är en enkel promenad eller hiss åka ner för att kliva upp på sandstranden Folly Beach! Dessutom är det den kortaste promenaden till Center Street där du hittar alla restauranger, shopping och nattliv på Folly Beach. Charleston Oceanfront Villas är ett gated Oceanfront-komplex bara 15 minuter från historiska centrum av Charleston och bara några steg från butikerna och restaurangerna i Folly Beach. Dessa lyxiga villor har 2 pooler vid havet, 2 hissar, privat täckt parkering och fantastisk utsikt.

Great view and great location

We were very pleased with this last minute booking. The location was great - walkable to bars and restaurants. Sizable balcony with a great ocean front view. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed well stocked. I read comments about the cleanliness of the condo - It was clean however, the dining chairs are a cream color and badly stained and may be the reason for those comments. The check-in code provided didn't work but the property manager responded immediately with a new code. Communication from the point of booking to checkout was very good. The elevator was problematic - It didn't work several times throughout the week; thankfully it was working for check in and check out!

Fun filled week

Family Thanksgiving

Great location for a family of four getaway. Folly Beach is very friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the beach and the condo had everything we needed to prepare for Thanksgiving.

View was the only thing that saved this place

The place needs help! Front door needs paint, walls are scuffed and patio door was impossible to open. Uncomfortable beds and beds without mattress pads. Fans in bathrooms broken. The only thing that saves this is the view. But, the view comes at expense for such an awful place.

Quiet Oceanfront Condo

We love staying at Charleston Ocean Villas. We have stayed at this particular unit numerous times. We love that it is quiet, oceanfront and close to downtown Charleston. We can’t wait to return.

Great Beach Condo for Family

Our family very much enjoyed our stay. The beach views are wonderful and we loved the location near the pier and downtown restaurants. The condo kitchen is well equipped, the flat-screened TVs have great program options and overall the furnishings are pretty nice. It was great that towels were provided even though that was not indicated in the description. One suggestion would be to update the window coverings and insure the windows are cleaned, which would improve the views of the beach. Other than that, a perfect vacation place!

Nice condo with great view

The condo had some recent updates which were nice. But we had trouble with the sliding glass door to the balcony. It was very difficult to open And the handle even broke but was fixed after a day by the maintenance crew. Also we ended up having to borrow salt from a “neighbor” since our shaker was empty. There was also no cleaning spray. So if we had a spill all we had was dish soap to clean up. Almost ran out of toilet paper until I found a stash in a garbage bag in the bedroom closet. There were no kitchen trash bags except the one that was in the garbage can when we arrived. Ended up having to use a big black garbage bag. It would be nice to have a few more extras (spices, tea bags, sugar etc) in the kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Just mentioning these items as a way to improve for your next guests. The beach gear credit was a nice bonus.

Needs Updating/Great Location

Location is perfect.Communication with the office at check-in was prompt. (Our code did not work, but they were very responsive-) The unit itself needs a thorough cleaning. Carpets were very dirty. But it was as pictured. We would go back but may pick a different unit.

Oceanfront Condo

This is our fifth time staying at Charleston Ocean Villas and the second time staying at Paradise Peak. We love the oceanfront condo. The condo has everything your need to make your stay comfortable. The condo is very clean and the balcony has amazing ocean and pier views. Center Street is a quick walk with restaurants or Charleston is about 15 minutes away in the car. We were sorry to have to leave but look forward to staying again soon.

Comfy but could use a deep cleaning

Overall stay was comfortable. But space could use a good deep cleaning. Walls under vents were dirty and baseboards were dirty with dust and hair. Carpets could also use a shampoo. Towels (bring your own) or wash before using! Some that were left for use looked as if the floor was cleaned with them (prior stains) and hair embedded in fabric. Other then this space was clean. Beds were comfortable! We got an early checkin but didn’t use it… upon arrival door code did not work had to contact after hours for new code. Other then that checkin/out was a breeze and communication was great. Folly beach was a great little town and beach almost seemed private! (Christmas vacay). We didn’t like the area overall (Charleston) so we won’t be back.

The property was as expected, there are definitely maintenance issues that could be addressed. Cleaning was good but whoever does the cleaning doesn’t get very high, top of fridge and upper walls very dusty.

Great Beach Condo

We have stayed at Charleston Ocean Villas numerous times. The condo has plenty of room and all the necessary supplies to make your stay comfortable. The condo is very clean. The condo is on on the top floor (4th floor) and the views are amazing. We were there during Hurricane Ian. A little stressful not knowing how much of the storm we would experience, but all was well. Can’t wait to return.

Lack of basic property maintenance

Thermostat capped at 72 in August but ceiling fan in master bedroom not useable due to being very noisy. Unable to sleep. Unable to use microwave. No turntable. Other maintenance was scheduled to be done during our stay. When these two top problems were communicated to assistant director at Dunes they were not even addressed. Will not go back again. I
