“Overall, excellent. We stayed 2 nights in winter. Roads were clear. A few other homes in sight but strong sense of privacy. Heating and cooking were good. Good tmobile data reception. Didnt try streaming. TV with DVD player and HDMI input. Driveway is between Bonnynook Rd intersection and american flag. Home is very clean and well equipped for your stay. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Top rating.”

“This was the perfect little house for our trip out to see family in placerville. It was clean, convenient and communication with host was great. Love the little touches they have put into this place including the garden in the backyard. My three year old loved the books and games. Would stay here again. ”

“The property was great and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located to local establishments and Safeway. The outdoor areas were large with lots of space to enjoy. Had some trouble with the Jacuzzi heater so we did not end up using it, was only warm not hot.Everything was clean. The bathrooms & showers were very nice and spacious.The beds could be softer. They were hard for our liking. Maybe add a mattress topper for comfort.Kitchen has nice appliances and room for several...
