“Bill and Judy are super sweet. I had a few hiccups with VRBO and same day booking, however Bill made it as easy as possible. Once we made it to the house it was even better then the pictures. From the kitchen to the rooms, and kids room we had a great time and would loved to return one day. Thank you Bill and Judy you are the beesssst!!!”

“This tiny home was so cute! Our two kids slept on the air mattress downstairs, and my husband and I had plenty of space in the loft. The bed was comfortable. The stairs to the loft are very steep, so would not be a good choice if you have limited mobility on stairs. The small kitchen had everything we needed. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the downtown, which was full of cute shops and restaurants. This was a great home base for exploring Gold Country. We really enjoyed...

“Very conveniently located across from Old town pizza and next to the brewery. Down town is easily walkable and accessible. Was exactly as described, house is very cute and well decorated. Plenty of room to socialize and be comfortable. The AC system is a big upside as summer comes around. Overall was a good deal and had a great time.”

“This house was amazing. It was so nicely decorated and had all that you need for a great stay. Our favorite part was sitting on the deck in the peaceful mornings and watching the sun go down through the trees in the evening. It was close to both Grass Valley and Nevada City main streets, plus plenty of stores & restaurants.”

“This is one of the most pet friendly VRBO’s that we have stayed in. The fenced yard is kept mowed and clean. The tiny house felts much bigger than it was described. Everything was clean and there were fresh picked tomatoes and fresh eggs available. I recommend a stay here!”

“Upon first viewing images of this property I couldn't believe how nice this place looked in the profile. On the day of arrival this place was as described and more. We stayed the weekend for a basketball tournament and our boys and other parents were grateful having stayed here than a cookie cutter hotel room. Location - convenient to ALL you need.
