âThe room and grounds were extremely clean and exactly as pictured. All of the staff were very responsive and kind. The location is excellent; it's close to everything, but tucked away so that it's quiet. Our room was well-appointed and felt more like a vacation home than a hotel room. âJust stayed the night, in late afternoon, left early in the morning. Awesome place, our room was in the second floor and I looked the river. We walked to dinner at Chesapeake, then walked up to Starbucks in the morning for coffee. Most ships were not open but, we were on a schedule and had to run. Would definitely stay again â
âLocation is perfect if you like being in the center of the action. Room was clean and everything in the room worked fine. Beds were comfortable. Nice view from the room. Staff was very friendly and super helpful! Pool and hot tub were clean. Breakfast was good, with hot eggs, bacon or sausage, fruit, cereal, waffles every day. Some great restaurants right nearby.
Only negatives I can think of were that the ice machine on our floor didn't work. The area by the pool is a bit run down. Other...

First time in Gatlinburg, a bit surprised that all the hotels charge a parking fee. Guess itâs the new norm. Still cheaper than a lot of other places that wanted $20+ (even the churches charge for parking in their lot!)â
