âThe best. Rooms are huge, balcony is amazing, stars are awesome at night, area is safe, home and backyard is immaculate. Truly a gem right here. If you get the chance to rent this place Iâd say absolutely do it.â

âWe enjoyed our stay ! A helpful host with great suggestions! The place felt like home. We were expecting a shady RV park but the park was well kept with new RVs. The home is privately located at the end of the park with it's own space.The sand dunes are a 35 min. scenic drive.â

âNine of us thoroughly enjoyed our 6 night stay! Space enough for quiet times and group times, indoors and outdoors on the large 2nd floor deck and individual decks. Windows everywhere had us feeling we shared the outdoors in privacy. Hearing birds and the Cuchara River through open windows was a joy. Every bedroom is nice; there isnât a bedroom that isnât great. Huge theater-quality TV if you have an event you want to watch. Loved the spacious kitchens, high tech bathrooms, and great radiant...
