“Room hot 80 degrees. Workmen entered our room while there. Poor cable kept freezing. Left after 4 hours. They did give me a partial refund.”

“Nice view of the St. Claire River even if it was on the parking lot side to view the many freighters in passing.. Rooms clean and quiet. Added bonus was lunch at the River Crab fine restaurant in the same lot. Nice two day getaway on a belated spring week without driving too far from my home base.”

“1. Our room had leftover food still in the fridge. We communicated that to front desk staff and she said “thanks for telling me.” It did not give me much comfort that the rest of the room was cleaned well. 2. The pool heater was broken and there was no acknowledgment of that prior to check-in. Also the ceiling was in horrible disrepair. 3. The “hottub” was the size of a whirlpool tub that could fit maybe 3 adults. 4. I overheard another guest tell the staff that the pop machine did not...
