Wilton Manors/Ft. Lauderdale pool home w/ heated pool walkable to Wilton Drive! Only 10 mins to Las Olas Blvd & Las Olas beach and a quick drive / Uber to Lauderdale by the Sea & Pompano beach! 4 bed 2 bath home centrally located right off of N. Andrews Ave and Oakland Park Blvd with tons of great restaurants, bars, and nightlife just a short walk away.
The Space:
The home is a newly renovated mid century ranch with A heated, pool 4 sleeping rooms, 2 full bathrooms. This is our personal vacation home so we have furnished bedrooms, living and outdoor spaces with high end comfy furniture throughout. You will notice this is not your average vacation home. We know you will enjoy it here just as much as we do.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all brand new appliances and a Keurig coffee bar w/ Starbucks coffee provided. Ice and water in the fridge. Enjoy a movie on the 75" Sony TV with your Netflix or Hulu subscription with Bose sound bar in the living area or hang out the in additional TV room with double plush recliners. Each bedroom also has 65" smart TV's. We do not have cable but you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, and other subscription account.
Our favorite part of the home is the private backyard and pool. We have two covered patios, one off of the kitchen/office area, and one off of the primary bedroom, both furnished with outdoor living furniture, dining table, and a hammock. Feel free to enjoy a dip in the heated pool all year long or get your tan on in the in-pool loungers.

All properties are contactless checkin. Please be sure to arrive to checkin between 4pm & 8pm. If you do arrive later, you will still be able to checkin but may not have assistance if needed. Checkin time is always 4pm unless approved in writing by management. If you book through Airbnb and edit your checkin time to be earlier than 4pm, you will not be able to checkin until 4pm.
If making a reservation with a same day checkin, checkin time is subject to change depending on cleaning schedule for that day.
There is parking for four cars (max). There is no on-street parking available as the neighborhood ordinance does not allow but you can park at Las Colinas just a short walk away.
Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the whole home.
The Neighborhood:
The home is located in the beautifully landscaped neighborhood of Wilton Manors in Ft. Lauderdale. The famous Wilton Drive is about a 12-15 minute walk and we are only a 10 minute drive (traffic permitting) to the beach, & Las Olas Blvd!
Getting Around:
Uber/Lyft are always readily available in minutes. there is also plenty of room for 2-3 cars in the driveway.

House Rules:
Quiet hours 10pm-8am
- Absolutely no parties- we are great friends with our neighbors, please be respectful.
- No pets
- No smoking inside - $500 fine strictly enforced
- No unregistered guests allowed on property.
- PLEASE DO NOT MESS WITH THE POOL HEATER. Contact management.
- No parking on the road. Driveway only and holds up to four cars.

*Please note - If guests wish to use the pool heater, you must notify management as its controlled remotely and an additional charge of $20/day will be applied.
Sorry, we do not host locals. Any local that books this property without contacting management first for approval will have the reservation canceled without refund.
For reservations that are made through platforms other than Airbnb, and guest is entitled a refund, guest will be charged a 3% credit card processing fee that is deducted from their refund.
