“Great room to stay in. Was very spacious and clean. I appreciated the slippers and toiletries provided. Was very easy to check in and out. Location is also great! Very close to grocery, and short walk to subway and Times Square. Host was also very prompt and helpful with questions.”

“The best thing about the apartment is its location. It's in a nice neighborhood, very picturesque and close to downtown Manhattan. As for the apartment itself, it's small but comfortable for two or three people, and everything works perfectly. Keep in mind that you have to climb three flights of stairs, which can be tough if you're tired from walking around the city. Otherwise, it's impeccable. ”

The space is marvelous and accurately depicted as the photos and videos. We appreciated the hosts flair for all things curious and exotic. This is an illegal unit with multiple code violations. Showers don’t drain so the water is up to your shins when you are finished. Only Lukewarm water in shower and scalding water in the sink. Cheap, worn linens. It was 85 degrees in the apartment. No fans. No lamps. No mirrors— just a cracked, broken mirror on the medicine cabinet which...
