Estero Beach & Tennis Club is a one-bedroom, one-bath beachfront condo situated in a luxury high-rise resort with many amenities. There are 10 tropically landscaped acres on the Gulf of Mexico with seven miles of sugar sand beach at your doorstep. There is a heated pool with lounge chairs, Har-Tru tennis courts, ample parking, a shuffleboard court, outdoor gas grills, and a coin-operated laundry facility in each of the three buildings. There is an island trolley stop out front, and across the street is the Santini Marina Plaza with its numerous shops and restaurants. There is a marina behind the Plaza with a restaurant, as well as boat and charter rentals. This resort is located closer to the southern end of the island and makes it an easy drive south to Lovers Key, Bonita Springs, Naples, and Marco Island. The condo has ceiling fans and complimentary WiFi, and all linens and towels are provided.
Entry is via elevator to the second floor and into the open-plan kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Appliances include a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, dishwasher, and microwave oven. The dining table seats four. The living area has a sleeper sofa and coffee table on an area rug, opposite which is a large flat-screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the furnished balcony.
The bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, nightstand and lamp, a three-drawer chest, and a double dresser with lamps and a mirror. A floor-to-ceiling accordion door provides privacy for the bedroom. The en suite bathroom has a vanity with a lavatory, commode, and a combination tub/shower.
This condo is pet-friendly for dogs, but reservations for those with a dog must be made far enough in advance to allow at least 40 days before arrival for the condo association to receive the required paperwork that has to be submitted. Your veterinarian will need to complete a form stating the dog has been vaccinated and is up to date for rabies and DHPP, has had an intestinal parasite screening within 6 months of arrival date, and proof of purchase valid through occupancy dates for flea and tick prevention. Then on arrival, you must check-in at the on-site office to pay a high visibility identification leash fee of $10.00, which is refundable from the on-site office upon departure. The pet fee is $300.

This property allows one dog 35lbs and under with a $150 non refundable pet fee.
This property accommodates parking for a maximum of 2 vehicle.
