Villor i Fort Myers Beach

“I am older the listing should indicate that all bedrooms are up 13 or 24 stairs and so is the only full bathroom . when I first read about the place it had 2 full baths then it changed to 1 and 1/2 baths the contract indicates a pool their is no pool the kitchen was barely supplied I purchased a set of measuring cups and left them , threr was no pitcher for Ice tea and the TV service was terrible”

“Excellent property! Honestly, the highlight was the manatee watching. We saw so many! The unit had all of the amenities we needed, like beach chairs, coffee pot, hair dryer, etc. Very clean and well kept. ”

“We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this spacious home. The pool and backyard area were great and where we spent a lot of our time. Home was very clean. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group.”

“The house was absolutely perfect for the four of us. We couldn’t have chosen a better location for our needs. I would most definitely recommend the house to anyone. My only negative is the brick work in the left corner of the pool area definitely needs work. It is a hazard. All in all a great choice for us!”

“The house is amazing and and the location is close to beaches, restaurants, shopping etc. The layout of the house perfect and worked for all of our family. The only thing we had some problems with is the house was not stocked well, 4 towels for 6 people did not work well, also the master bathroom had ants everywhere and the shower still had hair in it. The TV on the patio kept shutting off after 4 minutes.The Air-conditioning went out as well while we were there (not their fault) but...

“Great property and the host was quick to communicate and accommodate our needs. There was an issue with Vrbo not sending us the check-info but the host followed up quickly. Only issue was previous people had left a lot of trash. Outside trash cans completely full and it created an unpleasant odor outside by the pool. But again host accommodated us and would rent from them again.”

“This property is a great place to stay!!! The house is clean , organized and beautifully decorated and lots to do for everyone in the family. Had one little concern and the host took care of it immediately. Karen goes above and beyond in communication and hosting for her guests. She provided a beautiful tray of snacks for my grandkids and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Lots of pool items- lifejackets, beach chairs and beach toys and Herman who does boat tours is an outstanding tour guide!...
