“Great house. Very clean. Centrally located for trips to Everglades city Bonita springs and sanibel. Pool and hot tub were nice and were enjoyed by the teens and tweens in our group. Property manager is very responsive to any questions. It’s located off a busy road but not terrible or noisy. Overall we would highly recommend this rental. It’s not super fancy but has everything you need and a nice place to stay. Thanks again for a wonderful week. ”

“7 people (children and adults) in this lovely holidayhome had a lot of space for everybody. Near to everything - outlets, Universal, Disney, Sea World and Gatorland. The lake just outside of the great pool was fantastic with alligators, turtles and beautiful fishes and a lot of big birds game every day for "fishing":)! The owner gave us usefull information before our trip and the serviceoffice gave us great help.”

“Clean and close the Beach!”

“Very clear communication with manager and quick responses with question. Clean unit, great security, bed slept really well, beach fabulous, great location to town but quiet property. Across from pool access but not loud. Really nice people renting around you. Not much space in bathroom but really nice shower and fixtures. A nice closet. Full kitchen with the staples in cabinet if you cook. The only thing I would say to change would be a new front door. Everything is updated and nice except...

“We stayed 6 nights. It is very close to grocery stores and restaurants. We went to Disney the whole week so we were too tired to use the hot tub or pool. The kids did have enough energy to play ping pong and foosball table and loved it. Having access to a dryer was amazing since 4 out of the 5 days it rained. Washer and dryer were very easy to use. Even though we had teens it was nice to see costumes and other games for younger kids to play as well in the home. Home was clean and Wendy was great...

“We had a wonderful stay over spring break! The house was exactly as described and clean. The pool is beautiful and we used it frequently. The beach is about a 3 minute walk which makes it easy to come back and forth for lunch or to use the bathroom. The area of the beach near this house was never crowded. Most of the time, the water is shallow quite far out which makes it nice for young kids to play in. Beach towels, linens, beach cart, beach chairs and umbrellas are provided. The laundry room...
