Over All Great Place

Property was super cute and it was over all a great place. Two things that could be changed. 1. The Fan in the bedroom needs to be fixed, the switch to change the direction was not there, so the room was pretty warm during the day. 2. There was a strong old house smell that was hard to handle, we ended up buying some plugins to put all over, that helped cover up the smell.

Fort Walton vaca

Our stay was enjoyable….. few things that could have been diff….the air conditioner at room 4p was horribly loud….didn't get a lot of sleep….only had 4 washcloths in our room for 2 people for 5 nights…. Could use some kind of hooks on patio for wet towels n suits. Would definitely return.

Island Echos Unit 4P

The location of this condo is great. Right on the beach with a beautiful view. The unit could honestly use some TLC. It’s definitely showing some wear and tear. The AC did not cool the bedroom at all and the ceiling fan would only circulate in one direction, which pushed heat down. The rest of the unit stayed very cool and comfortable. With some TLC this would be a wonderful option for a beach trip given the amazing location.

Much needed get away

My husband, myself and our three kids had a wonderful Labor Day weekend here. The property is just as the pictures show. We were right on the water, which made it easier lugging stuff to the beach everyday. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We had a little trouble with the door code not working, but a quick phone call and we had a new code in no time. We were very pleased with property and the unit. The only suggestion that I would make, is maybe having some air fresheners or wax melts for the unit. It had an older, stale smell, which I’m sure is due to being in high humidity, so totally understandable. But maybe some air fresheners would help. Overall I give the unit 5 stars and we will definitely be staying again!

Perfect! Perfect! Perfect

From the moment of arrival we had everything we needed! Even bonus donuts were left for us! Owners gave us everything we needed to make our family trip soooo enjoyable. They kept contact throughout our stay making me feel confident that should any issues arise, we wouldnt have any trouble reaching anyone. No issues came up thank goodness. It was very relaxing with the most beautiful views! I will be booking again with them.

Wonderful weekend!

We loved this condo! On the beach, low density…. A little far from things to do, but it was nice to have a quiet place to retreat at night. The complimentary donuts from Okaloosa Donut were AMAZING and such a nice touch! We will definitely be back!

Exactly as Pictured

Enjoyed the condo, loved the walk on the beach in 1 minute access. The chair and umbrella beach service was excellent enjoyed everything about this place. Would definitely stay again.

Great overall, “sleeps six” is a bit of an overstatement

4-P has one bedroom, it only sleeps six if you pull out a futon and put together the sofa sectional. That might be fine for families with young children, but when they go to bed, you can’t use the living room. The proximity to the water is really the best part for us, that view from the small balcony is something I could really get used to. The staff was responsive and friendly.

A overall great stay

Unit has been recently updated and the decora and furnishings are wonderful. Can’t give it a A+ rating for the fact I feel the kitchen is lacking. The kitchen small appliances are very old but they do work. The blender leaks due to no gask where the blades screw onto the pitcher. Would have been nice to have had a handheld mixer. Overall though unit is great, great location and view. Property is well maintained. Great check in / checkout process. I would score a solid A just can’t quite give that plus rating but definitely would stay in this unit and property again for sure

Great place to stay

Great property, clean, easy check-in , felt safe, everything we needed was available in the unit, complimentary beach set-up (the beach guys were friendly & helpful for whatever our needs were) easy check-out process. The property was close to anything we wanted. Overall a great experience!

A Dream

It was absolutely fabulous. Decor was very attractive; loved the guide particularly where to eat and where not to eat. Loved the fact that you provided chairs and an umbrella and that adjustable chairs that gold flat were available. Everything was 5 stars!! Beach is Great!

We were only staying for a brief layover -before leaving for Puerto Rico. The unit was clean and as advertised, my only complaint was the sheets were very rough and uncomfortable. CareySue was awesome to deal with, wonderful! The donuts were a super nice touch. Note to self, don’t depend on Uber, Lyft or taxis for your transportation! We found no available rides into Destin, for our return to the airport trip. For two hours we attempted to get a ride. We were told by 6 taxi companies they didn’t go into the Destin traffic at that time of day. (Something we had no knowledge of since we were tourists). Luckily we had given ourselves ample time to get to the airport. We won’t do that again, we will rent a car even if it’s only for 24 hours.

Amazing view!!!

This unit is BEAUTIFUL and the view is AMAZING!! Pics don’t do it justice. Owners were very attentive and responded to messages right away. They even left fresh donuts from their donut store in town. They were exceptional! Would definitely stay here again! Only cons ?which were NO fault of owners)... parking lot was being repaved and building itself was having some repairs done so there were repairmen in the parking lot and hallways with their equipment and a few spots in the outside hallway were a bit dark at night. The unit itself was immaculate and is located on the 4th floor with a picture perfect view!

Perfect location, perfect condo, perfect everything!

Stayed two nights for a "Mommy and Me" weekend with my 8-year old. Walking into the condo to see nothing but beautiful ocean was so incredible! It was incredibly clean and spacious, with fresh donuts left for us to munch on! The process of check in/out could not have been simpler, and communication with the hosts was just a text away. We girls played on the beach, binged Disney Plus on the smart TV (used our own account) and relaxed/bonded. Thank you for such great memories!!
