“Janocy was a beautiful small boutique hotel. The room was excellent. The staff were helpful but spoke no English. We used a translator but that was not ideal. Unfortunately, the hotel's location was not where it said it was on the website. So, instead of being located in the heart of Guangzhou City, it was actually one hour's drive away in the district of Panyu. Ideal hotel for Chinese business people who do not particularly need to be in the city centre of Guangzhou. 70 mins to airport.”

“The place did not have any one that can communicate. The pace have no idea about my resignation. And told me they was no reservation and have nothing available. But after they see the reservation on my phone with a prices how much I was paying for the stay all of the students that found available place for me.”

“The Property i booked for Apartment No.1 wasn't handed to me, i got the Apartment No. 2 instead. This No.2 Apartment was at least SGD 100 cheaper than the No. 1 apartment i booked for and no clear explanation or reason from the Locals representative. Further more, the rooms (especially bathroom) in No. 2 Apartment was exceptionally DIRTY. No daily cleaning service given. Please don't fall onto these trap.
