Om boendet

Out of the Blue "är ett renoverat Riverside Cottage med fantastisk utsikt över floden

What an absolutely incredible stay! Debbie and Chris are just so lovely and communicative. The home is incredible and very well equipped. The location was perfect: we had a quick walk into town but did not feel that we were in the middle of the tourist-filled streets. Each morning we woke up and walked to Readymoney cove for a swim :) many lunches eaten outside overlooking the river. The most memorable holiday! We hope to soon return.

Just visited Out of the Blue for the second time. It's a lovely cottage and ideal for two people. Immaculately clean and contains everything you might need. Very quiet location, handy for the Caffa Mill carpark and the Bodinnick car ferry. It's just a few minutes' walk into the centre of Fowey. I would definitely stay there again!

We had such a lovely stay at 'Out of the Blue'! The cottage is on the smaller side, but it’s absolutely perfect for a couple or a small family. The location is superb and makes for a great base for walking around Fowey. Be advised it is up steep steps, and being so close to the harbour and ferry there is some noise outside, but this was expected by us. We parked very close by and grabbed a weekly ticket—a handy tip for anyone driving is that we were able to use the nearby slow EV chargers overnight, which was really useful. We also loved grabbing a drink at the Nature’s Window craft beer bar just around the corner. Highly recommended!

Magic stay in Fowey

Lovely apartment, beautifully decorated, all you need (and more) for a comfortable stay, with great views of the River Fowey. Fowey itself is a hidden gem, so full of character and the single narrow main street discourages general flow through traffic, ensuring it is lovely and quiet.

Lovely stay

This is a sweet spot overlooking the river, a short walk from the centre of Fowey. Everything was comfortable, clean and in order and the host was helpful. Fowey is a super base from which to explore Cornwall or just hang out - the eating out options are great and there’s lots to explore. Would highly recommend.
