“The desk staff were very friendly. Maria, who on duty when we arrived took the time to jcome to our room to help us use the TV remote and was even more helpful solving the issue had with logging onto the hotel's wifi.
My two complaints is one, not having two elevators, and two, having an ice making machine the second floor in addition to one on the third floor. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our stay there.”

“We reserved the room for one night to see a show at the Horseshoe Casino as suggested by the casino. I believe it was apts before a hotel and was spacious. It had a kitchen with full size refrigerator, dish washer and even a garbage disposable. ”

"Good location down town Chicago. Good for family with kids with a decent breakfast included in the price. Busy breakfast area though. Crowded and hectic. The inner open yard sounds like a swimmingpool hall. Bed sofa not very comfortable. "
