“Well first off the ad on VRBO is inaccurate. It’s not entire house it’s an apartment. The pictures show entire house. Then once you get the information to be able to check in the place it tells you a unit number. Some of the outlets do not work. The batteries in the tv remote were corroded had to purchase new ones to be able to watch tv. We booked this place going off the fact that it said entire house and we thought it would not have a lot of stairs since I was bringing my elderly parent who...

“We reported a strong odor of heating fuel and the host dismissed our concerns to justify denying a refund without coming to the property in person despite living locally. VRBO did the right thing and refunded us but this host left us with a bad taste in our mouths and we will be careful about booking at any of his properties again.”

“This was a great house to stay at for our purposes, which was skiing at Cannon. Nice and close! Also pet friendly, which was hugely important to us. It’s a little inconvenient that there is no exit to the outside from the main floor. Property was clean, comfortable, good spot, quiet, and perfect proximity to the mountain.”
