"The hotel did not mention that the bed was a waterbed, which is a very outdated style that mostly disappeared in the late 1990s. While the morning staff member was very friendly and welcoming, the evening shift employee seriously needs to improve their customer service skills and the way they deal with guests. The breakfast was average — not bad, but not particularly good either. It definitely needs more variety. The bathroom was very disappointing and below expectations."

"I was upgraded to the suit, very nice room with comfortable temperature and space. Renovated bathroom and nice bed. Very good breakfast and nice staff!! The location is great with lots of pubs and restaurants in the area. I really recommend this hotel. "
