“Very clean and spacious one bedroom. Nice bathroom and really nice kitchenette. There is one parking spot and it’s probably best to have a smaller car if the lot is full. We didn’t need the car much because it was so easy to walk downtown. This was a great couples getaway!”

“First night great. Went to wedding next day, came back that evening. Never went into side or backyard. Went to bed and Hot Tub lights were on and came thru bedroom till-1:30 AM. barely blinds (thru house) Bedroom was like there was a disco ball in the room. Tried every switch in the house. Rest of house was great and had everything. ”

“The location is great, with a super comfy bed and a really nice outdoor area. The bathroom and AC unit could use a little TLC. Having off-street parking was a big plus, and the host was excellent with communication. It’s a great spot for a weekend getaway.”

“The cottage was comfortable and quiet, which made for a wonderful getaway. It is far enough from the Main Street nightlife. It's a great retreat from all the busyness, but close enough to explore. The cottage is located 5 minutes away from shopping and restaurants. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom and living area were spacious.”

“The hot tub was great! Coffee so so. My husband gets up @ 6am. Me @ 8 a keurig is much more user friendly when only 2 c of coffee are needed. Nice & quiet but still close enough to town. Disappointed there was a burn ban so no fire pit. We understand burn bans as we are E. Texans. But since it has been in effect since Oct. 14 I feel it should have been stated in your description. We were looking forward to sitting outside. Oh well…….”

“This One bedroom place is a great getaway. The pictures don't do it justice but it is a pictured and described. The bed is super comfortable and the house is decorated to allow comfort. easy check in and great communication with staff. we have stayed at several properties in fredricksburg and this will be onee our list. Absolute charm continues to have great listings.”
