I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. “We had a great stay. House was wonderful. The bottom floor does not have heat but heaters are provided. A bit getting use to but ended up being fine. Great communication and great spot. Will definitely rent again. ”

“We had a wonderful & relaxing weekend at ZEN. There were so many things that made it exceptional, hot tub during a snowfall, soaking tub etc. One of the most underrated things though was the towel warmer! What a fantastic thing to have when you come back in from the hot tub during a snow storm!We look forward to trying to make this an annual trip.”
