“We spent 2 nights at this little slice of heaven for my mother’s 70th birthday . We had a small group of us stay the 2 nights and some extra friends/ family visit one of the days to celebrate . Even with rainy weather we had such a great time! The cabin had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves , including an array of games! The property was beautiful and easy to find . We found a lovely coffee shop in downtown Fryeburg that had delicious coffee , bagels, and pastries . Would highly recommend!...

“Needs a deep cleaning and the cookware needs to be replaced as they are extremely stained. There are also exposed wires in the cabinet above the stove. There’s a nail sticking out right below the sink that put holes in two of my 30 nursing shirts. ”

“The property is nicely located for visiting surrounding hiking trails and points of interest .We visited some great local restaurants and shops and went on The Cog Railway, which was wonderful! The house is comfortable and nicely furnished, and the hot tub was a big hit! There were thoughtful little surprises waiting for us, and Abbey and her team were quick to answer any questions before and during the trip. Thanks so much for everything!”

“We had a lovely weekend in Paul's home. He is a very communicative host who will greet you at the house and provide a lovely tour to become accustomed to the home and its many amenities. He was available via VRBO direct message with any questions or concerns we had. The home was clean and comfortable. We used the kitchen for many meals, and it had everything we needed. “Property and location were great. Well worth staying. Having a dock right outside your door was fantastic and made it easy to get out on the water each morning and closing the boat up for the night (while drinking a cheeky beer) just as easy.The boat launch on site that is shared with the houses on Interlaken as well the surrounding Smith Point neighbors was a little tricky. There is a large rock restricting the entrance to the water and two large rocks in the water, which meant the trailer...
