“Check in was easy. The kitchen was extremely well stocked down to a lobster pot to our delight.The setting is beautiful and we very much enjoyed the two level deck. There is a bit of a hike to get to the river. All and all a very peaceful relaxing location. We had 9 adults and 4 children and were very comfortable.”

The location is very close to all the restaurants and other must-sees in the Rockland area, and the view of the bay and harbor from inside the house is extraordinary. The configuration of the house is very user friendly, and having available ac is a real plus.”

“Great location, quiet neighborhood, and beautiful view of Mt. Battie. Plenty of room for 5 adult friends for a few days of hiking in the Coastal Mountain Land Trust. If there had been 6 adults we would have needed another bed in the master bedroom.”

“Everything was fantastic at this property. There is no A/C, so the upstairs gets hot. But this was clearly not in the listing. And there are also plenty of fans. The property managers yelled quickly to every question we had. Extremely helpful. Thank you... Well be back! ”

“Nice house in a great location. It was wonderful to have a first floor bed and bath since we were traveling with my elderly parents. The location made it easy to walk or drive to Boothbay Harbor. The only minor issues we found were spotty wi-fi and the latch on the front screen door did not work properly. Would definitely stay here again!”
