“It was ok. I don’t travel often and would rather be home, but nothing big to gripe about. The parking thing was pretty stupid and didn’t work very well, and I am annoyed when I am texted to ask if I would like to leave a tip to the valet. Also, they really need to rethink the shower. When you get a sheet of paper with instructions on how to use the shower, something is wrong. I laughed, but then found I had to read the instructions myself to get it to work - really?!”

“The issue we had was the bath water was cold and wouldn’t get hot at all the whole stay, we told the staff and it was nothing they could do.we had to shower and bath in cold water ”
