âThe photel is a old office or parliamentarian building, so it's kinda weird to walk the hallways to your room. When you step in to the hotel, you will probably be amazed, since the first impression of this place is, impressive. It's a really nice ground floor/atrium with a nice (?) restaurant. I had problems getting a good connection though to the web. However, a member of the staff helped me get online.â

âDet var en vĂ€ldigt fin vistelse. Hotellet ligger nĂ€ra allt, speciellt centrala liverpool, det Ă€r ocksĂ„ nĂ€ra till tĂ„gstation och bussar som kan ta dig runt staden. Rummet i sig var frĂ€sch, stor och var perfekt storlek för tvĂ„ personer. Det som var mindre bra var att vi bodde pĂ„ bottenvĂ„ning vilket innebĂ€r att vi inte hade fönster, och att det kunde lukta lite instĂ€ngd efter att man hade lĂ€mnat rummet i nĂ„gra timmar. Personalen var trevliga, hjĂ€lpsamma. â

Our room was fairly small but there are options, if there had been other facilities like a spa or sauna it would be 5 stars for facilities. Also, much better room coffee would be great but you see that a lot outside of cities, most people donât care...

"I stayed at Radisson Blu Manchester Airport and overall, the experience was positive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room had excellent soundproofing â despite being directly at the airport, I couldnât hear a single plane, which made the stay calm and relaxing.
However, there were a few issues that brought the impression down. The AC control panel was so worn that some buttons were completely missing, making it impossible to adjust the temperature without improvising with a needle from the sewing kit provided in the room. One of the floor lamps had the wrong type of low-energy bulb installed, which flickered heavily when turned on, so we ended up having to unscrew it. On top of that, there were hairs on one of the shower towels, which is something that simply should not happen at a hotel of this standard.
In summary, the hotel delivered on the essentials â great service, comfort, and impressive soundproofing â but the maintenance and housekeeping details definitely need more attention to truly match the Radisson brand expectations."
