“Good location close to the downtown walking area. It was clean. We were in the Wolf cabin. It had a really good-sized living room area. Negatives: There were absolutely no electrical outlets in the bedroom. Two in the living room, one of which was needed for the TV; the other was thankfully around the corner from the bedroom. There were 2 lamps in the living room, but you couldn't plug both in unless you wanted them both on the same side of the couch. We had to go to ACE Hardware in Granby...

“Sunnyside Knoll is an older property so I felt as if I had stepped back in time. The back window had a view of rocks and trees so I didn't even have to go outside to be reminded that I was in the forest. The bathroom has been updated and the unit (half of a duplex) was very clean and comfortable. Towels were large and fluffy. Though this unit is close to the highway, there was no road noise. I would definitely stay there again.”

“I loved the location of this property right on the edge of the preserved open area. It was close to Fort Collins, but far enough out to enjoy the country drives and the deer every evening. The walk to the top of the road is scenic and perfect in the evening. Longer hikes were close by and offered lots of Colorado wildlife. We did try fishing in the reservoir but unsuccessfully.
