“Staff were excellent. I found that I lost my passport when I was checking in. They helped to call my last hotel, seeked for their help to the room I stayed lastly, and arranged with them to send it back by courier. Thank you very much for their nice help.
BTW, the local "taksashi" crab at nearby restaurant is super super oishii!! Must try!!”

“Lovely hotel up in Gora. Stayed for two nights as a relaxed stop between Tokyo and Kyoto which it was perfect for. Two nights is enough to see the major sights around Gora such as the Open Air Museum, the sulfuric volcano vents and Fuji. The room was traditional and neatly kept. Breakfast was good albeit a bit for or western tastebuds. We didn't eat dinner at the restaurant so can't say how it was. Very convenient that the hotel is next to the train and cablecar station.”

“Machiko-san was very helpful and friendly. Because we checked out early we couldn’t get any breakfast so she gave us a snackbox. Highly recommended this hostel if you’re visiting Fuji”
