“When I arrived at the property it was actually smaller than I expected, but it made me love it more! Really close to grocery stores and everyday conveniences. It was close to my family that I came to visit and perfect for traveling with a small child because all the conveniences not available at a hotel was there. I would definitely book again. ”

“The property was clean and well stocked with the things you would need. The bed was comfortable. There were a couple issues for the month that I stayed including and issue with the water pressure and a clogged toilet, but they were addressed either that day or within 24 hours. Communication was excellent and very fast, including at 1 in the morning! The only thing that wasn't ideal was that the washer and dryer were in the garage, but that wasn't such a huge deal.”

“Really lovely week-long stay at this home in Katy. Very clean, and the check-in process was smooth. The beds were comfortable beds and there was plenty of closet space and hangars. There is a very private, peaceful backyard where we often enjoyed our lunch. It was a real bonus to have a large, late-model washer-dryer for laundry. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Highly recommend this home. ”

“The home was adorable, the water view was very relaxing. My stay was quiet and peaceful. Everything I needed was right there in the home. The place was clean and well stocked with towels, blankets, etc. I was close enough to go shopping, eating, etc. without having to get into the Houston traffic!!”

“Great house that’s updated and modern. Bedrooms are large and an open living and kitchen area. Master bedroom and bath are large and comfortable.”

“It was alright overall. Details, details, details... I didn't recognize from the photos the age of the residence and coming off a stay from a newer residence, I wasn't fully prepared. Spacious layout and plenty of room for as many as six or seven to sleep on existing beds. Bedding was clean, neat and fresh. Bathrooms are dated but clean (It'd be nice to have a window screen (guest bath)). There aren't any towel racks so we improvised with some plastic hangers found in a closet. A/C worked well....

“The place was clean, completely renovated and exactly as shown in the pictures. Quiet neighborhood and it had a great backyard for our dogs. The host was great at communicating and quick to respond. I would definitely recommend staying here.”

Neighborhood feels nice and safe. We are just SO pleased!! We are grateful for this place to stay!!!”

“Owner was helpful and he tried to clean the beds second day , but first day was hard with flies and roaches in the kitchen my suggestion would be to take care of carpets and bedding free of pest”

“The house was disgusting. There were bugs everywhere and the was trash still in the trash can. Glad we only stayed one night. Stayed at tons of VRBOs and never left a bad review, sad to do so for this property.”
