“As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. They really looked after us, and with the use of Google Translate we managed to get things sorted out very quickly.

Other things I like: potable water right out of the faucet in the bathroom, overall cleanness, and closed to stores and train stations. ”
“To wait till last minute just to release the address is simply not mindful of the requirements of international travelers. Adresses are required for Japan entry purposes. I don’t see any reason to withhold that till last minute. Check in procedures are not required in advance but the actual address to help with logistics and planning and for Japan visitor entry. ”

"Very good room. Everything was almost perfect, more than we could bargain for. We are very happy and will be sure to visit for the third time. The only wish we had was that there was no electric outlet close to our beds but that is only marginal and petty of us. "
