“The place is currently under construction, so there is quite a bit of noise throughout the day. The biggest problem was access to the restaurants. The hotel handles the reservations, and changing them is very difficult, if not impossible. There also seemed to be a lack of organization overall, and many of the entertainment and activity areas were not easily accessible.”

“The cost to use a bbq is outrageous and unreasonable so we didnt have any bbqs. Then they wanted to charge an extra $100 for a 2 hour late check out. Other than that the accommodations are amazing and the grounds are well kept and lovely to hang around. The staff was super friendly and helpful.”

“The Website was completely misleading. I was under the impression that there was a private beach available, along with restaurants and bars, gym.... It was a small condo complex with NO amenities, NO communication. We had to pay $75 per person per day in order to access beach and use amenities advertised in website. When we did purchase a day pass for the beach it was completely packed (not private in the least) The Inclusive food and drinks were horrific including a disturbing buffet...

“My family stayed here for 2 nights. This villa is very spacious with two bedrooms: one with a king bed, and the other room has two single beds so it's perfect for my family. There's a full kitchen with a huge fridge and nice gas stove. The roof top area is nice too but unfortunately the hammock was broken and we didn't have a chance to use the roof top jaccuzi. “Rude staff, I rented a hotel price arbnb place and I thought I was renting a hotel room. No service, noone came to take out trash and noone came to bring an extra roll of toilet paper. When asked if we can acess the pools - hard NO
